Current trends in framing photographs

Interior Inspiration with Stacey

Each individual is unique and each person’s taste is just as unique as their individuality therefore it’s hard to set any sort of trend when it comes to art on the walls. However there seems to be a slight shift in interiors lately where there has been more of a focus on incorporating photography into the home. The uniqueness of photography has an advantage and allows individuals to relate to the subject matter and form a bond with the print. There is definitely a trend to have over sized photographs with simple frames and either a nice thick mat enlarging the print further or even no mat at all (usually on large scaled photos).

Be bold and don’t be afraid to play with scale.

One Fine Print Framing Style

Our prints and frames are produced locally and put together by hand.

One Fine Print art prints are all Pigment on Rag/cotton’ or ‘Giclee Prints’. Our photographs are all printed on high-quality, museum-grade cotton papers which are not mass produced and in some cases handmade. So each print has a unique character. The frames are made from quality Tasmanian oak mouldings, matted and immaculately presented. There are two sizes available: black or raw finish.
